Gooey Chocolate Caramel Nougat #1; Art by Kinnally
Blue Ribbon award winner; "Best of Show!"
"Gooey Chocolate Caramel Nougat #1"

This piece won our 2008 Annual Fine Art Show; a juried art show with over 120 pieces.

This unique work is full of swirls of a mixture of dark chocolate and caramel nougat! It screams of hidden delights of various kinds of nuts - almonds & macadamia? What else waits to tempt the taste buds & and satisfy that sweet chocolate craving?

I love this art! But not eveyone sees what I see! Some think it looks like metal, some as if you are peering out from inside of amber, and some see chocolate and honey. What do think it represents?

Comments on "Gooey Chocolate...":

Sweet piece. It's perfect...

To me it hints at materials yet untouched by dwellers of this planet.... either a finely polished gemstone or rare ore of some kind. Very evocative. I love it.

Whatever it is, it's gorgeous and quite alluring!

Who knew being trapped in amber could be so delightful? That's what this piece resembles, I think, viewing the world through amber ripples. It also has a pearlescent effect, as if pearls and amber came together to create a new gemstone.

Now, that's what I call art! Chocolatey, yet somehow vaguely reptilian... More, please?
